This compact, lightweight telephoto zoom lens weighs approximately 819 grams and covers the 35mm image circle of full-frame DSLR cameras. With a focal length range of 70mm to 210mm, it's perfect for handheld outdoor photography. When used with an APS-C camera, its focal length range is equivalent to 107mm to 322mm in the 35mm format.

The lens features 20 elements in 14 groups, including three ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass elements and two anomalous dispersion glass elements. This optical design delivers high-contrast, high-resolution images with edge-to-edge sharpness, while effectively compensating for distortion, chromatic, and coma aberrations.
