The WG-90 features a high-performance, five-times optical zoom lens with a focal-length coverage from 5mm to 25mm, accommodating a wide range of scenes and subjects, including sweeping landscapes. It captures high-quality, extended movie clips in Full HD using the H.264 recording format.

Triple anti-shake protection helps minimize the adverse effects of camera shake in all applications. The 2.7-inch LCD monitor, with an AR (Anti-Reflection) coating to reduce glare, can be adjusted using the Outdoor View Setting mode to adapt to changing ambient lighting conditions.

The included Macro Stand maintains a minimum focusing distance of one centimeter to the subject, enabling extended observation and shooting of macro images.
